Artificial grass filled with quartz sand grains from clean recycled rubber.
The synthetic turf created by the need to reduce the cost of courts with natural grass. It has less operational and maintenance costs and gives more hours of use than natural grass does.
Easily and quickly installed on any flat surface.
Usage: Ideal for football, mini football, and configurations of recreation areas and playgrounds.
Appearance. Same as natural turf.
Pile material. Polyethylene, resistant to UV radiation and temperature fluctuations and high resistance to stress.
Base material. Black Latex double layer of polyester fibers and resistant to UV radiation and moisture.
Pile height. 45-65 mm (above ground).
Knots. Up to 8.000 – 14.000 / m2.
Colors. Green to one or two grades.
Lines. Synthetic turf same quality white paint 10 cm thick, yellow or white.
Sand. Quartz sand, spherical, dried by heating in accordance with DIN 18035 T7. Particle size 0,4- 0,8 mm. Filling quantity according to pile height and density.
Rubber. Recycled and washed granules. Granulometry 0,5-2.5 mm. Filling quantity according to pile height and density.
Sub-base. Choosing the right sub-base depends on local conditions of work (carrying capacity of natural soil, etc.)
The installation of synthetic turf is made with great care, rolls are modest and are cut on site. The focal points of successive pieces are folded and glued with two component polyurethane adhesive on a special geo-textile that is placed underneath.
The color of the synthetic turf is natural grass green and unaffected by ultraviolet rays. Ensure direct runoff of rainwater through a system of holes into the bottom of the carpet, so the land can be used either during or immediately after rain.
Due to the specific particle size of sand which is filled with the synthetic turf the stadium is not muddy after rain. Temperature changes do not affect it. Unlike natural grass it does not need maintenance (80-90% less operating and maintenance costs) and therefore the turf can be used continuously.
